Customer seeks tax invoice and apology from domino's pizza for unfulfilled promises despite multiple attempts and calls, causing frustration and disappointment.
On June 14th, I placed an order for pizza, a drink, and garlic bread for a staff member in Newport. This was a company expense, and I need to provide the tax invoice, which I've been attempting to obtain for the past four weeks. Despite numerous calls to the Redcliffe store, conversations with Teagan the franchisee, supervisors, managers, and staff—who have all confirmed at various times that they can provide the tax invoice—no one has followed through. I've requested the invoice be sent to paul.howard@tal.com.au and pdanielh@gmail.com, and even suggested sending a photo of it to my mobile, all to no avail. The lack of response despite calling five times a week is frustrating. If I do not receive the tax invoice, which I've now requested over twelve times, I will have to escalate the matter. This experience with Domino's has been disappointing and is causing me to reconsider using your services for future corporate events.

Multiple orders with missing items, wrong sauces, overcharging, poor quality. seeking apology and improvement in service.
First time was missing sauces on meatballs even after paying extra for more. Second time items were completely missed and had to sit and wait for them to be cooked, even after waiting was given no sauce on one and wrong sauce on the other. Third time was I mistakenly ordered from wrong store, had to ring twice to cancel order, walked in and ordered from the correct store only to be charged more then the online order and they even missed an item/mini chicken meatballs. Supreme pizza was a disgrace, so much pizza sauce and bugger all else to the point was almost inedible Charged more for less , wtf? Domino's has been a weekly order after a night of drinks but will no longer be getting our business at all. Bagara store Qld 4670

Hello. i ordered 2 x pizza + 2 side deal f9880cc4-48ea-45c9-86b6-3ee66f9f11b6 last nignt. 7.5.24. from the bondi junction store SYDNEY. went to the store to pick up my order as the app said it was ready. the store had no knowledge of it or had recived the order, the sugested that it may have gone to the bondi shop instead. went home to get my phone and discoverd the order had been sent to a store in WA. (another state) dominos you took my money but did not give my food that i was able to pick up. please refund my money.

Order arrived cold, garlic bread hard and undercooked, no garlic flavor, had to reheat in microwave.
My order was not hot when u received my deliver. I had to reheat the loaded chips and pizza in the microwave and the base of my garlic bread was very hard and the top half of the garlic bread was under cooked and had basically no garlic flavour just very buttery

Customer complaint about poor hygiene practices at domino's pizza, seeking apology and better training for staff.
My complaint is I order 3 pick up extra large pizza's from Kelmscott store & was absolutely shocked when I came into the store to pay & pick up my order that the staff member behind the counter who was making a pizza at that time stopped & without removing his disposal gloves starting serving me & then also answered the phone. Then when he finished touching everything he had too to complete my transaction went straight back to finishing off the pizza still wearing the same disposable gloves. I felt so sick to my stomach having witnessed this. I brought the pizza's home & let's say the dog's ate well that day. Disgusting! Have told friends & family & all were just as disgusted with this poor hygiene practice. You need some back to basic training for your staff ASAP!
