Customer received a stale cake, leading to illness, and faced rude service when seeking a refund.
So disappointed. bought a half rainbow cake yesterday and I had asked for one to be cut off from the one in the display and he pulled out an already cut slice from the fridge. as soon as i took a bite i threw it up as it was off and rock solid as it was frozen. Sponge cakes are always soft but this wasn’t.Definitely not worth the money i paid for it.<br />I called back and the girl could not give a refund and again was again extremely rude she told me it’s winter that’s why cake is like that. Cheesecake Mandurah are making their customers fool, selling frozen cakes instead sponge.<br />And after eating this cake my son got diarrhoea.
