Customer received wrong food from red rooster, staff member did not apologize or show concern, customer feels like they don't care.
They gave us the wrong food. I rang and said that. The person in charge just said “well that happens”. She didn’t care or apologise. It’s as if she’s saying “what do you expect and why should I care because this is a fast food place.” Fine if that is your business model.

Customer seeking $81.05 refund and apology from red rooster for failed food delivery, lack of communication, and unresponsive complaints process.
I ordered $81.05 food for delivery from the Red Rooster Westgate store in Victoria on 2 Jan 2024. The order was placed directly with Red Rooster via their app (online). The transaction completed no problems and they took payment. A little while later I then got a text from the delivery person who advised me that when they arrived at the store to collect the order, they were told try store staff it was not going to be fulfilled because they had run our of stock/food. I never heard anything from Red Rooster or received a refund. I have since complained 3 times using their online contact/complaints process and still silence from them. There does not seem to be any other way to contact them or to complain!? I would love them to reach out to me me and/or at least give me a refund! Super unimpressed!!!

Customer seeks apology and receipt from red rooster for lack of tax receipt, unable to reach manager, threatens legal action.
I had ordered a lunch from redruster the entrance road Erina! I have requested a tax receipt for the meal since this was a work lunch and requires a proper tax receipt and the cashier explained they don’t have a paper in the printer. I then asked if she could put the Abn number and write me a hand receipt but she claimed they don’t have ABN with them either. I tried calling the manager Hannah but she was not reachable and left a text message. Operating the entire day without giving customers a receipt is absolutely illegal and this is reportable matter. It is really disappointing the service in this country goes downhill! Myself as an approved quality auditor will be looking into this further!

Customer upset with red rooster for mistake in order, lack of apology, and running out of chicken. received refund and vows to never return.
I will NEVER go to Red Rooster again as long as I live. They had made a huge mistake with my order but instead of apologising, they lied to us and said that it was our mistake (which it wasn't). Then said if we want it to be replaced we had to wait 30 minutes because they had ran out of chicken. How does a chicken place that sells chicken, run out of chicken, at 5.15 pm, dinner time. I got my money back and left. They have lost a customer, not just me but my son and his family also. I am absolutely discusted with how they handled the situation. Shame on them.

My husband bought a rooster roll from your Kelmscott branch. This bone was in it. My husband choked on it, but luckily, he managed to cough it up. You should be able to buy these rolls without the fear of bones inside it

Customer seeks $16.25 refund from red rooster due to being charged twice for a meal, with no resolution from store.
1. Attended Red Rooster-Sunnyholt Road, Parklea 2. Monday, 29th January 2024 - about 1.09pm 3. Purchased Rooster ripa combo meal 4. Served by female staff member in drive through. then male manager took over. 5. Paid by tap and go - Police bank purchase paid $16.25 then it reversed back into my accoount. 6. 2nd Transaction-using the same card did the tap and go- no reversal this time and manager said it did not go through. It went back and forward presenting the first reversal reciept. manager insisted I pay again for a second time. 7. 3rd Transaction-using my Coles Mastercard - I used the tap and go and it charged me again. Charing going to Shree Surya VINAYAK BH PARKLEA AU. 8. I have been overcharged for the third transaction- $16.25 9. I left taking my meal (one). 10. 3.56pm, 29/01/24 - I had a 7 minute 3 second conversation with the manager - He denied the fact that I was charged twice insisting that I come back to the store later if I am or was not re-imbursed. 11. I have waited for over a month. No follow up call. no attempts resolve the issue on the stores part. Do I report the matter to Police? -

I am still waiting since Sunday 25/2 for a call back about my order not been done. I placed an online order clicked I'm here only to be told there is no food and they can't do anything because they don't "own" the app. Their manager was going to call, no call yet, I emailed head office, no response what so ever not even we have your email we will investigate etc. I sent screen shots of order number and amount and STILL nothing. I want my money back for food they did not give me !
