You have lost 2 customers as you have changed the recipe for your lemonade. It’s no longer a fresh bubbly drink, it taste flat and does. It taste like lemonade any more.

For some reason our Lemonade in Schweppes bottles has had a change of cap. It has a note explaining it is so that the items get recycled together. We have been regular recyclers of these bottles for years and i can assure you that most people would have recycled the old white bottle top on the bottle as it is common practice to push the air out of the bottle to flatten it in order to reduce the space it takes. Your solution in connecting the new yellow caps does not work for two reasons: it is very very difficult to unscrew the new attached caps and even harder to reattach them correctly to close the bottle. Consequently the only option is to break the joining bit off which often involves spillage and also means you have complicated the process instead of ensuring it gets recycled. You also have made it more difficult for elderly people to get the bottle open at all. Please go back to the old style lid.

We always purchase your tonics in cans for our G&T’s.Slimline for my wife and original for myself.The latest batch we purchased from Tesco’s are going flat very quickly and spoiling our drinks.I would like a new batch of twelve cans of both to replace the unsatisfactory ones please.

Hi I bought a 6 mini pack of Schweppes lemon and soda water . Love them but the last can in the pack I opened only had a mouthful of drink the can was basically empty

I really enjoy Schweppes Sarsparilla but the past four times I have purchased it from foodland at Munno Para SA, it has been completely flat and not enjoyable at all. The first time I put it down to a one off issue, but after this week and the forth bottles being the same I’ve assumed there have been a change in the process somewhere that is resulting in a sub standard product. Disappointingly I will not be buying this product anymore as it was not pleasant at all and a waste of money. Kind Regards Sue Sargeant

I purchased a 4 pack of Schweppes Agrum Blood Orange from Coles in February 2024 only to find mould growth in one of the bottles before opening. Expiry date is only November 2024 and had been stored in the fridge since purchase.

The schweppes zero sugar lime&lemon can's flavour tastes terrible it tastes like flat lemon drink can't drink it without adding lemon &lime cordial very disappointed after looking at your packaging and reading the contents description and checking your best before date 28 February 2025 I am referring to your 10 pack

The shape of the 1.1 litre bottles for infused mineral water is a bad design. They are unstable when stacked horizontally in the fridge and even worse when only half full - the liquid runs into the neck and the bottle tilts down the with screw top lid touching the shelf. I probably will not buy your product again unless the design is fixed.

I buy your lemonade from Waitrose .I buy your £4 packs I always have about 12 packs at the ready . My grandchildren and husband like it . I went in the pantry and noticed the carpet was wet and sticky The cans were leaking in nearly all the packs and many were half full There was no damage to any of the cans . I can only suggest there is a big problem with the actual cans We binned the rest before there was even more damage To test the tins my husband got a large tray ,put 12 cans in to see what happened Sure even they were leaking ,some only half full !
