Customer received poor service at geraldton baker's delight, with rude staff and burnt rolls. unable to submit complaint form or receive email response.
Geraldton bakers delight, girl serving me asked plastic or paper (never been asked this) I replied doesn't matter, she said lose your attitude. I told her I don't have one.. she said it's how it came across, I told her I just want mynrolls thanks, she said she is just doing her job I replied thanks now can I pay for my rolls, she slowly packed the 12 dinner rolls into plastic all the while carrying kn that I have attitude. Told her she has shocking customer service and she said she didn't, I asked her for her name which she refused then I asked for my reciept which she also refused. The rolls I got are black, so burnt I could put a hole in the windows using them. I have tried to submit a complaint form didn't work, sat on hold for 7 minutes for the guy to tell me he will email me, nothing has come through. Will not be going to bakers delight again and will be spreading the word on this disgusting service.

Customer complained about rude staff, poor hygiene, undercooked food, and lack of apple flavor in apple danish lattice at baker's delight.
Apple Tag Regarding Food Experience Dear Baker Delights I visited the Floreat Forum I visited at 8:25am paid $21.30 the staff were rude the girl wasn't helpful or friendly honest I put down to maybe she's tired and it's early. At your other stores I visit such as Morley or Midland this never happens. The hygiene is disappointed not welcome at all you need to draw your attention to it immediately ,I hope this message finds you well. I recently visited your establishment and wanted to share some feedback regarding my food experience, which unfortunately left me disappointed and angry never have I had this happen While I have enjoyed my previous visits and have always found your food to be of high quality, on this occasion, I encountered some issues that I feel compelled to bring to your attention. As per photo the pastry in Apple Danish Lattice the specific issue the apple tag in my food, I am disappointed due to the level of hygiene I encountered, such as the food being undercooked and tasted very butter flavour not apple at all. I understand that occasional lapses can happen, and I trust that you will take this feedback constructively to ensure the continued excellence of your offerings. Customer requests half price for leftovers from baker's delight as a senior pensioner, expressing desire to purchase products at a more affordable price.
Good evening my complaint I am a senior pensioner .<br />My complaint is today at 5pm a lady was collecting over 7-8 very large hessian bags of left over bread rolls and cakes.<br />My complaint to you is why is this not available to seniors pensioners at your desk I would love to be able to purchase your products but simply cant afford them but would happily pay even half price in the last hour of the day.<br />I know this bread goes to churches etc but we as pensioners would appreciate the opportunity too.<br />I hope this does not come over as greedy that is not my intention.<br />Thank you Linda

Baker's Delight Wonthaggi staff are receiving payslips but facing delayed payments, sometimes up to 6 weeks behind, for over 6 months.
Bakers Delight wonthaggi franchise are giving staff payslips but not paying them up to 6 weeks behind. Other staff say they put the payslip out as this is seen on app but staff don’t get paid until multiple requests. This has been going on for more than 6 months.
