Customer complaint about staff using wrong lift, rudeness, and lack of customer importance. positive mention of anthony tessorerio.
Your staff consistently use the customer lifts.today I told your staff person he was using the wrong lift.The store was so crowded, parking was difficult. I reminded him that customers were important and without customers he would not have a job. He was quite rude. i spoke to Anthony Tessorerio who I might add is super good and understanding..shame you don’t have more staff like him. Generally speaking your staff are oblivious to the importance of customers.But I guess if your making money a few unimportant customers don’t matter. Robyn Chapman

Customer complaint about lack of disabled parking at harris farm boronia park, staff using only spot for loading dock and storage.
Harris Farm Boronia Park boasts that there are 63 car parking places. Of those just one is a Disabled spot, but it is used by yout staff as a loading dock and the storage of old displays. If this spot is so vital to the staff could not another space be allocated to Disabled Parking?

Customer seeks better customer service at harris farm albury, noting lack of manners and acknowledgment when asking questions.
I shop weekly at Harris Farm Albury and have no complaints about products. My only concern is the lack of common manners when you ask a question. No acknowledgement that you exist How can I help you,no smile and certainly no thanks.This is from fruit and veg,deli,butcher. Thought it must be me but I’m friendly.Owned a large supermarket and would always greet customers and ask if I could help. Always said Thankyou. Maybe a pep talk is needed,everyone has problems but common acknowledgment is a must . Thanks

Customer complains about expired products on shelves at Harris Farm, specifically lasagna and yogurt, and staff's lack of concern.
I wanted to bring it to Harris Farms attention that the isle of capri gold coast store has had days past expiration date products on their shelves. This has happened on quite a few occasions. This has included lasangna and yoghurt that had gone past expiration date 3-4 days prior. When brought to staffs attention they don't seem very concerned l.

Customer complained about rude treatment and aggressive behavior from an employee during a bag check at Harris Farm, causing undue stress.
I understand that it is mandatory to check shopping bags at the checkout. However on this Saturday the 10th of august at approximetly 2.48 pm the employee who checked my shopping bags at Harris Farm bondi junction was very rude and aggressive. She also grabbed my personal belongings which she should not of done and<br />after telling her that she must not touch my personal belongings quite abruptly she called down what I am assuming was the manager of the store. The manager asked as to what the problem was but by this <br />time the employee had completely caused me undue stress as she was so sure that the perpertraitors who have been shoplifting from their store had returned. I only went in to HFM on my way home to buy some ingredients for cooking and this paranoid,shrewish woman who was so sure that I had stolen from their hell-hole of a store recently that she was very belligerent in her actions and this behaviour by an employee ought to be discussed and she should not be allowed to excerslze such powers.<br /><br />I will be waiting for a brief description of the outcome of this issue. If retraining helps good but she should not be given the authority to check shopping bags as she does not have the skills necessary to complete a thorough bag search without causing trobule.<br /><br /><br />Debra White
