Complaint about employee bullying and traumatizing customer at dan murphy's bull creek. requesting action to address the issue with employee.
This message is regarding Dan Murphy’s Bull Creek in Perth WA. I am writing to make a complaint about one of the employees there and how he bullied and in fact traumatised me while I was working at Dan Murphy’s in Bull Creek. The employees name was Daniel MaCall. Through his consistent hurtful words, cruel sarcasm, and just generally being extremely passive aggressive and nasty, it really tormented me mentally. As a result of this my mental health got so bad to the point where I felt genuinely suicidal all the time as a result of having to work with this person, and I started to have extremely agonising anxiety about having to work with him. The constant feeling of being anxiously scared the days before going into work really caused me so much pain and distress. Obviously I do not want him to get fired or anything like that, I really would like you to address the contents of this email with him (if you could please).

I cannot get anyone to contact local store to check stock levels. They are going off information sourced online that is not always accurate. The fact you can't speak to a person anymore is very annoying.

Late delivery, multiple issues with order, lack of communication, had to cancel and reorder, unimpressed with service, considering switching to another merchant.
My name is Anthony Purves and have had a few orders now that have been late and today was no different made an order at 930 am and then was told it was going to be about 1.5 hours late then i was sent a message 2.5 hours later that it was not coming at all and to cancel or reorder which i did then i went on to there murphy bot then to an agent who said that it was cancelled and before i could answer he closed the chat so then i had to get back into the queue to talk to another agent who gave me a refund of my delivery costs but i have guests over and we have no wine so i had to walk to BWS to get some wine to give them im a little unimpressed with your delivery team which has ruined my afternoon lunch with my family i think i may have to find a better choice of merchant to buy my alcohol off as Dan Murphys isnt so good anymore and i dont think getting a refund for delivery is going to cut it to keep me purchasing from your company anymore its to unreliable

Customer experienced poor service at dan murphy's bunbury, unable to access locked cabinet twice, sarcastic response from staff, told to shop elsewhere.
I went to dans bunbury and picked a nice bottle i wanted, i was told the cabinet was locked and couldnt be opened, i returned tuesday night to get thebottle and was told this time that the person that could open the cabinet was on the phone, i asked if they could get them to open it i was told they would be a while because they were on the phone, i explained that this was the second day in a row and that i am a customer needing service, i was told by a young lady that she couldnt do.anything about it and i could try using my own finger print (sarcastically), i said that this response was not good enough i was tge told i could go shop somewhere else. I was quite taken back by the disrespect i was afforded by this young lady.

Customer seeks $360 and an apology from dan murphy's due to delivery driver damaging new turf by driving over it.
A Dan Murphys delivery driver drove the delivery truck over my new turf causing a considerable amount of damage. A kids soccer goal was in place so no one could drive on the new turf. When I arrived home the soccer goal had been moved and Tyre tracks were in the newly layed turf. Which has been destroyed. I would like this issue resolved ASAP please. See below the compensation that I'm requesting. 9 x slabs of turf = $135 1/2 M3 PREMIUM UNDERTURF SOIL - $42 3hr x my labor = $183 Yes. I earn $61 per hour. Total = $360 I don't think this is too much to ask for as I will have to pull up the destroyed turf. Go and get the Soil. Then pick up the turf. And then fix what the delivery driver destroyed all in a 3 hr period. On a weekend. Without charging for weekend labor rates. Please see attached photos and email from Dan Murphys informing us that they couldn't deliver the order. I was unable to upload the security video of the incident.
