Customer seeking refund and apology from supercheap auto for failure to provide goods after payment, despite multiple attempts to contact.
I paid for goods 12.6.2024 value1922.98$ , Supercheap has not yet admitted payment and have not allowed me to collect my order,i have rang about 10 times ,nobody can help.this is unacceptable service.order no 0400908004.ph.0435 017444 Somebody do something about my order immediately. I have been waiting for 1 week to collect my goods.i took a loan to pay for the goods and the money has already been taken from my account for goods I have not received.consider my situation,give me my goods.you have already caused me inconvenience .your service is absolutely unacceptable,do I have to get a lawyer or barrister involved?

Customer paid for fitting parts at supercheap auto, but staff were inexperienced and unable to complete the job correctly, resulting in wasted money and injury.
Twice now I have paid to have parts fitted, first a young girl tried to fit new windscreen wipers, although young, she should have trained properly, I had to do it for her. Secondly your website said that they could fit a headlight bulb in my wife's car, for $15.00, ive changed them before and 15 dollars is a bargain. when your so called technician came out he opened the bonnet and said he couldn't do it as the whole top of the engine bay would have to be removed. That's not how it's done on that model car, you have to remove the front wheel and do it through the wheel well. I did this myself at home, I'm 62 and sick so I thought I'd pay to get it done, so now I'm out 15 bucks. And I hurt my back, if you can't do the model car don't advertise you can.

Customer received rude treatment from manager at supercheap auto store, incorrect pricing issue, seeking apology and resolution.
Hi iam recently attended one of your stores in griffith nsw there was 5 mins to closing and myself n my friend were greeted at the door by the manager Tracey I think her name is when I asked were they still open the manager rolled her eyes n snapped by saying u got 3 minutes if u cant get what u want by then then don't bother entering so I got what I wanted and made my way to the register I bought knead it multi it said on the shelf price that it was $11.89 and scanned $17 when I told the cashier she said yes that brand went up today the manger the joined the conversation by saying its $17 do u want it or not cause everybody out that is what she starting yelling number 1 the ticket price is what I believed I was paying and number 2 I have never been treated so rudely .

Customer ordered brake pads, only received rear pads after 10 working days. supercheap auto unable to provide tracking or timeline for front pads.
I ordered brake pads for front and rear discs ,paid in cash on the 27 may 2024. i was called on the 29 to tell me to pick parts up.They only supplied me with rear pads and appeared confused when i asked where the front pads were, i showed them my receipt of order and payment and they said they would be in before the end of the week, being friday the 31 may. Today is now the 7 june and still nothing, i rang them on wed the 5 june and they said they had no tracking and couldnt tell me when they would be arriving. I could of got these brake pads from 10 other shops in the cbd within a week at the longest. I was told when i paid for them that it would be 2 to 3 working days, its now been 10 working days. I could of ordered them from China myself and had them by now. The cars been on hoist for 2 weeks now un-drivable. The fact they have no idea when where the parts are is pothetic.

Customer unhappy with store manager's lack of professionalism and customer care at supercheap auto in murray bridge.
Went into murray bridge for new car battery. Hubby asked for assistance, was advised to wait at service desk for staff. I asked the question..." does she know about batteries " ? The reply I was given was " yes, all my staff are trained & that I was rude for asking. To say that this way of answering a genuine question is polite. I was even more shocked to find out that the person in question was the store manager. Your staff may well be trained, however your managers lack of customer care is lacking. The older gentleman that was at the register was a much better human. I would appreciate it if the store manager was spoken to about his total lack of professionalism

Complaint about speeding and noise from supercheap auto staff member's vehicle, seeking resolution and expressing concern about company image.
Dear Sir,my complaint is an unusual one in that for some years I have endured continued speeding and noise from one of your staff senior staff at the Bunbury Supercheap Auto shop,being a female driving a vehicle rego-Pajella,that parks out the front of the shop.It is of concern that the driver may be affected by substance use legal or illegal,The speeding and vehicle noise is happening on Higgins st,a short distance from the auto shop and her husband in a similar vehicle is being a nuicence as well.This is certainly not a good image for your company,forwhich I no longer paitronize the above store.The Local Police traffic branch have been no help what so ever.If you provide email address then Ican comunicate with you further,or my phone is 0419835749,Thank you.Phil Nash.

Customer upset with lack of communication from supercheap auto regarding unavailable part ordered for son's 18th birthday.
My son order a part through Dalby Super Cheap a radiator for his car we were told a week u til it will be in. We check in couple days prior then on the day also rang the next door to be told by the lovely lady at Super Cheap in dalby who she rang parts and services and apparently they can’t get the radiator. Quite annoyed with services and parts no communication to the dalby store or my son in regards to can’t get the parts, we wouldn’t have known anything in it wasn’t us chasing the part up. This part was for his 18th Disgusted.

Took car in to get parking lights fixed ,asked if they could fit bulbs to parking light , I can look to see ,i asked again can you fit this to my car ,bulbs I found said we can fit this item ,but could not and damaged car in process ,could not get bulb holder out ,pulled on wiring and then said can not get bulbs out ,lost pins to trim in process .then told me to go to autobarn as they could not help .stripped wiring ,

Customer upset with supercheap auto for lack of wiper blades, poor service, and unhelpful staff at lake road store in port macquarie.
Hi my complaint is I went to supercheap at Hastings river drive store in Port Macquarie to purchase 2 sets of wiper blades for a Mazda cx5 and a Holden commodore sedan the young lady at the store said they only have 1 blade for the cx5 and that the other store on lake road in Port Macquarie may have the both sets that I wanted to purchase so she rang the other store and said that the other store had the the wiper blades for the cx5 in. Stock and they would have them ready for me to pick up at the front counter as I had a couple other things to do it was about 1/2 an hour before I got to the other store when I walked in to lake road there was 2 staff members taking what looked like a roof rack out of a box I asked about the wiper places they pointed to go too isles 14 so I went over to find the wiper blades for the commodore I found the 2 wiper blades then went to the front counter to pay for the the 2 sets of wiper blades but there was only 1 Mazda blade awaiting I asked I the staff member where’s the other 1 he said you will have to go down to the back of the store and asked another staff member to help me find one because they haven’t been able to find it as they have been too busy I said why can’t the 2 staff members find the wiper blade that where opening a roof rack as no was waiting for the roof rack so I left the store without my 2 sets of wiper blades I walked back into the shop and said to the staff member and said do you realise you just lost a $160 purchase and he didn’t seem fazed so I walked out empty handed I was so annoyed I said to my I will never go to supercheap again the young lady at the hasting river drive was absolutely helpfully and friendly but the lake store staff did not care at all they where 3 young men

No basic customer service. Previous customers item on my dock. Ruth was too busy talk to a friend about getting zapped from a toaster once than greeting us and getting payment from previous customer. I paid the bill got my things and for someone else’s item. Went outside to check why it cost so much. I bought this to Ruth’s attention she said the computer did it. However if she followed basic service requirements she would have seen that her customer before me hadn’t paid. No greeting or thanks have a great day. Just continued to have a lengthy personal conversation with someone.
