As a customer I was given samples to entice me to purchase different fragrances The store manager Natalie from Westlakes South Australia informed me that the samples I was given were a gift with purchase. Customer seeks refund and apology from david jones for poor customer service from flora at pitt street store.
Hi, I returned two online orders 122692785 (Chinti & Parker sweater)and 122923010(Annie Bing skirt) today on second floor in David Jones Pitt street store. Very unfortunately, your customer service Flora who’s around 50-60’s who speaks very average English (Italian or Spain) rejected to refund me Annie Bing skirt. She’s being very impatient, unprofessional, reluctant and not able to use the computer properly as being a customer service and impact David Jones’s reputation. Firstly She said the system was frozen and asked me to another counter to do the refund until another young lady in sports craft reminded her she can use another computer in the same counter. It took me around 10 min she processed the refund for the sweater. She looks not familiar with the system and asked me to write down my personal details that I’ve never done before in other DJ stores. She said I could only do refund at Annie bing’s counter on the 3rd floor but there is no Annie bing counter at all and the other lady on level 3 processed my refund without any questions at all in 2 min. My question is how could this lady could be hired as the sales at the front line facing customers? And I’ve been with DJ since so many years but she’s the worst person I’ve met in DJ. I’m looking forward your response. Thanks

I purchase a eGift card for a friend, it was paid and I have received the order confirmation. But the gift card had never been delivered, went through the Need Help and messaged and live chat. They created a case # on 17th of June and promised it will be resolved in 48 hrs, but 48 hours has gone, nothing happened at all.<br />It felt there is no customer service at all and money taken, goods is not delivered even after all the above actions taken.
