Customer seeking apology for rude sales assistant at myer northland, victoria. incident occurred on july 11th, 2024 around 6:30pm.
I was back chatted by a rude sales assistant. I was shopping at Myer northland Victoria in the shoe department with my purchase l asked if l could have a bag as l am a platinum customer and the young girl was a bit confused and then the rude sales assistant her name is Lina commented no one gats a free bag. I observed Linda before as l was waiting to get served and she was standing at the counter doing nothing and ignored customers. Lind spoke to down to me and had a rude attitude. This happened around 6.30pm on Thursday the 11th july 2024.

Customer seeking refund from myer for receiving incorrect size in bonds dressing gown, returned items with tracking number but no refund or response received.
I have on 3 occasions purchased a mens Bonds dressing gown in a L/XL size. On 3 occasions I have had to return the item because I have been sent a M/L size. I have returned all 3 items. The last 2 I returned together Tracking Number R229059003789504006120903 which was received by Myer on 26/6 at 9.35am. To date I have received no advice or refund. I did include a very scathing advice with my return. Please advise.

Customer seeks replacement of one damaged towel from myer due to receiving incomplete set and return rejection.
Problem - order no 1132891810 came from 3 different locations. When the Sheridan luxury towel gift pack graphite item code 787376260 arrived, one towel had a hole and the area was thread bare. I returned damaged towel by Australia post with returns slip to Myer, Online returns, 73 Momentum Way, Ravenhall Vic 3023. This office sent back "Return Rejected" "incomplete set" I did not know I needed to return the perfect towel with the damaged towel. Affect - I am disappointed as I would like to have received 2 perfect towels and not have my return rejected. While the return was in process, I have used the perfect towel. Outcome required - I would appreciate one graphite towel to be replaced. I am prepared to go through the return process again with the two towels but one has been used.

Customer upset with repeated order cancellations, inaccurate stock availability, and poor service. requesting free delivery and apology from myer.
I have ordered the same shoes with Myer 3 times and each has been cancelled. I go online and they are still available. I receive pop up ads saying they are still available. In my initial order I ordered something that I didn’t really need in order to get free shipping. What on earth is going on??? I have never had such inaccurate and inept service from an online order in my life. I am a Myer one member. All details are recorded. Even my last phone call which was a complaint/online order that I was assured I would receive as she had checked stock. To say I am furious is an utter understatement!!!! I want the shoes. The website continues to tell me they are available and I want free delivery for all the time I e wasted.

Customer received broken earrings from myer due to poor packaging. seeks replacement, apology, and better training for staff.
I recently ordered some earrings from Myer that arrived BROKEN because the staff member who packed my order from Myer Ravenhill VIC 3023 did not even bother to pack my earrings safely using the most basic protective covering, such as bubble wrap, tissue paper, or by using a cardboard sleeve. The earrings came in a plastic satchel with just the packing slip and the individual product packaging which was insufficient to save the earrings from being damaged in the post. I want a human being from Myer customer service (if they still exist!) to contact the person in charge of the jewellery section of the store where my order was sent from, Myer Ravenhill VIC 3023, to let them know what happened so that the employee who didn't care about my order doesn't do the same thing to another customer and waste their time and money too. Online customers have no way of knowing which store their order will be sent from and I don't think it is too much to ask that Myer offers some sort of consistency for online customers who rightly expect a basic level of common sense from staff who are packing orders that will be sent through the post or via courier. Do I also need to point out that the convenience of shopping online is eliminated if a customer has to travel to a Myer store or post office to return broken/damaged items because of a lazy/incompetent staff member? Why aren't Myer staff trained to treat online customers as they would like to be treated? I would also like an apology from a human, not some kind of meaningless form letter, and preferably a replacement pair of earrings that are sent in a cardboard box or carefully wrapped in bubble wrap. Please note, I live in the Blue Mountains region of NSW and there is no Myer store nearby up here. I honestly don't know if it is safe to order earrings from Myer again based on this recent experience.

While waiting in line to be served, I noticed that a customer who arrived after me was served before me. When I brought this to the attention of the staff member, she responded that she had seen this customer around earlier. However, the customer was not in line when I arrived and came later, effectively cutting in front of me. This incident left me feeling frustrated and unvalued as a customer. Staff members should conduct themselves with fairness and ensure that all customers are treated equally. In this case, the staff member’s actions did not reflect this standard. I kindly request that you review this incident and take appropriate measures to ensure that such situations do not occur in the future.

Hi, I shopped at Myer (Albury) and purchased a Hertigae Quilt (Q) abd the sign displays 60% off the marked price. However when I went to the counter to pay I was told it's 50% and not 60%. Why would you mislead customers when sign in front of the box that pulls and won't honor the price. I have attached a copy of the signature and my receipt. It's not about the money but principal of it. I would like a difference reimbursed to me I look forward to hearing from you.

Customer seeks exchange and apology from myer for receiving wrong wallet without receipt, facing unhelpful staff at original store.
My father wanted to purchase a wallet and it was difficult to find one with an unopened box so we asked the staff to find the one for us. We didn’t open it for over 30 days, as we assumed that it was the right one and didn’t need to check. However upon opening, the staff has given us the wrong wallet. We went to the original Myer Store that we bought it from, hoping that we could do the exchange if we provided the date and time purchased (April 19th 2:40pm at MIRANDA NSW) and look it up on their pos systems as we did not have a receipt and a family member told us it was possible. The team leader did not seem want to help and kept saying “We need a receipt.”, even though I told them that I could give the date and time. We understand that a receipt would be most helpful, but the unwillingness to seem like to help from the team manager and that staff member that gave us the wrong wallet gave us really big disappointment. We would like to only exchange wallets as our outcome.
