Customer experienced poor service at woolworths loganholme, including slow checkout and lack of customer service. considers not returning.
I visited your store at Loganholme yesterday afternoon first at deli I asked for pastrami no we don’t have any then I asked for hot salami no we don’t have that either other stores go out the back and get you some obviously to hard for this young lady Then I went to checkout where a young man was on the register with another lady so as I was feeling unwell I joined the queue he gave me a dirty look but to say he out the customers goods through slowly is an understatement I think he did it as slow as he could she then asked if she could get money out and he said I don’t know as was a phone transaction so she asked if he could try obviously it worked as his till opened he then stood there and she had to ask for the money He then picked up his phone looked at it before he served me there was no hello nothing slowly out my things through then said is it on card and completed my transaction no good bye again he picked up his phone before serving the lady behind me sorry but that’s so unacceptable I felt I was a nuisance and was not a very nice feeling usually staff there are lovely but yesterday that was not the case I don’t know his name but some info POS 02 Trans 9075 time 14.16 I was a cashier at IKEA for many years and I would never have treated any customers like I was treated yesterday Just thought you should know this as puts me off from coming there again Sue Garner phone 0433590968

Customer purchased woolworths golden syrup with strong petroleum aftertaste, seeking feedback and suggestions for use in baking.
Good day I bought Woolworths brand golden syrup, 400g from Woolworths in Richmond, Nelson, New Zealand. I am however concerned about the tase. It is sweet but has a strong petroleum aftertaste. Very strange. Is this normal for Woolworths brand golden syrup? I wanted to use it as an ingredient for ginger biscuits, but if the biscuits have this same taste, we would not be able to eat it. I would like some feedback and suggestions please. Will the aftertaste disappear if I use it in baking? The bottle had a seal when I bought it yesterday, so there was no window for contamination. Thank you

Customer's bleach bottle leaked, damaging laundry cupboard shelf. woolworths denied liability, advised to contact insurer or seek legal advice.
Woolworths essential bleach 2L bottle had been leaking. The top was securely fitted, and the bottle was wiped, over before it was placed on my laundry cupboard bottom shelf, which it has subsequently damaged. I have tested that it is this bottle leaking, by making sure that the top is still secure and wiping the bottle down. The bottle then leaked over my bench top. This leakage of bleach in my laundry cupboard has damaged the shelf, quite extensively. I am extremely angry and upset about this, particularly as this laundry was only renovated in October 2022. I wish to know how Woolworths is going to resolve the issue of my damaged cupboard bottom shelf. I have attached a photograph of the damaged shelf. I have used bleach for many years and never once before encountered a bottle that leaks. Once their group claims team became involved. This was the response:- We refer to the above incident relating to the purchase of Essentials Bleach Lemon 2L from our Innaloo supermarket. We are sorry that you have had such an unpleasant experience following your purchase of this product. Our role within Woolworths Group Limited (“Woolworths”) is to determine legal liability on behalf of the group in relation to personal injury and property damage claims made by customers. As per the directions of use stated on the back of the product, “use by 30 Nov 2023” We believe these instructions were not accurately followed. Based on the information you have supplied and the information from our site, we do not believe that Woolworths can be responsible for the damages resulting from this unfortunate incident. Liability is denied. We would suggest referring the matter to your Home & Contents insurer as you may have cover available for this unfortunate event. Alternatively, we would respectfully suggest that you seek your own independent legal advice. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. Customer upset about locked toilets at woolworths mayfield, seeking apology and access to toilets without needing key from service desk.
Woolworths, Mayfield often keep their customer toilets locked, including toilets locked I am 80 years old. When they are functioning, customers need to access the key from the service desk, even as early as 7a.m. Last Tuesday when I returned the key I asked why they are locked. I was told so the cleaners didn’t want to be cleaning the “shit” that people leave I will not be using their toilets again. The only reason I shop at Woolworths is that as I no longer drive it is closer to where I live

Customer seeking refund or replacement for faulty pressure cooker purchased from woolworths, frustrated with lack of response and threatening legal action.
I have been trying to connect to anyone regarding my pressure cooker. I bought it nov 24 , used it a few times. Ill send you photos of what it does. The pot doesnt get clean and stink of the food. Can wash it!! I want a refund or another one!!!! No one helps me!!!!!!! I am furious. I have emailed and emailed Woolworths and they haven't resolved the issue. Iam furious. Iam at the point of getting a lawyer! In the beginning I wanted a replacement but now I want my freaken money back and ever again buy from woolworths.

Customer seeks $1000 compensation and apology from woolworths for frequent delivery issues, melted frozen goods, and poor quality.
I eceive shopping from Woolworths frequently, I ask for signature every time my shopping is delivered they never do. The quality is okay most times. When I order frozen goods however they always comes melted and then when I refreeze they clump up and are un usable. In this tough economy I would like compensation for this. $1000 compensation on an e gift card. That will make me very happy. Otherwise I'll be reporting which store did this to the health department.

Customer upset about long wait for pickup order at woolworths, lack of notice, and no public toilets available. seeking apology and improvement.
My pickup order was scheduled for 6pm. I received a text to say they were not on time but no indication of how long. I drove to Woolworths Alexandria, Fountain Street and waited at least half an hour for my order. The staff were very helpful an kept me up to date but half an hour without notice is not acceptable to me. I have been with Woolworths for a long long time and have never had this problem before. I have waited 5/10 minutes but never half an hour. Due to the wait I needed to use a bathroom and was directed to cross fountain street and they were just up the road a bit. I walked as far as Mitchell Road with not toilets to be seen. I bought this up with the staff member from Dan Murphys who was at the same desk as Woolworths. She said, oh, they must be closed. Why does Woolworths not supply public toilets?? Thank you and I hope this never happens again. I live 3 min walk from Woolworths on Erskinville Road but thought I would give Fountain Street a try. Customers experienced lack of trolleys at woolworths taigum branch, leading to frustration and loss of business. issue ongoing for past year.
Lack of trolleys at your Taigum branch today.Try to do a shop at your Taigum branch today no trollies waited 15 mins still none asked staff at desk told boys collecting trollies waited another 10 mins still none went out to carpark no one collecting trollies .Trolly bays were full went back to service desk and they told me they only had 180 trollies and I said well most of them are out in car park and collection of trollies has nothing to do with them. Staff not help full at all so I went to Coles on the way home and spent $101.00 and happened to see 4 other people who were waiting for trollies at the same time as us buying from Coles. This lack of trollies at your Taigum store has happened a lot over the past year By the way on leaving Taigum centre they were starting to collect the trollies approx 62 minutes after our first complaint.
