Customer ordered laptop in january, promised delivery in february. multiple emails and calls, no laptop received. cancelled order due to poor service and son upset.
Good Afternoon, I had an Laptop order for my son to use in school. BYOD233393 please check the email history if you can see with JB Hİ Fİ BYOD support. I raised the order in January 2024 and got an email that delivery will be in February but today is 3rd of May and I still not have laptop and they are asking me if I want alternative one. There were maybe 20 emails few phone calls and I agreed few times for alternative and they said okay but I didn't get anything and they again again wrote me stories. As a customer I never seen that bad customer service. They have no communication in between departments no idea with their stocks. As a summary I never seen this much bad service. Today I cancelled the order as I am sure that this company can not supply me a laptop( if you check all emails you can see that I am right). Besides all this my son is using very old laptop last 3 months in school and very upset and keep asking me everyday what happened to my laptop. I hope this issue taken as serious to improve your supply chain otherwise in long term it might end up with sales losses for the company. Best Regards Volkan

Customer paid for samsung phone at jb hi-fi, but did not receive it. no communication or refund after 9 days.
Paid for Samsung the jbhifi took money off my car then wouldn't give me phone and refused to talk about it. Still says pending they haven't released it to my bank in over 9 days.

Customer received a prize from a survey and wants to exchange it for a gift card, but jb hi-fi is refusing to assist.
Hi, In December 2023 I received a reward of a reMarkable 2 tablet for completing a work related survey via a 3rd party. The 3rd party purchased the product via JB Hifi and it was delivered to me at my home address. Although I appreciate the prize I am unlikely to use it and I visited my local JB Hifi store to enquire if I could return it (unopened) and exchange the value for a gift card. The store told me I needed to contact JB Commercial on 1300746752 and quote the order no JB-16712566 to arrange the exchange. When contacting them I was told it was not their area and to lodge an online request via JB Business, which I did, reference number #2457239, I attached the delivery note. I received the response was that it was not their area and I needed to contact JB Commercial. I contacted JB Commercial again and spoke to various people who ensured me I needed to submit the request online. I resubmitted my request again online and I received a response that I need to provide the invoice to determine the value of the transaction as they had no record of it. I eventually obtained the invoice from the 3rd party after delays caused by the Xmas break. I resubmitted this online and received a response that as I was not the purchaser and it was a prize, I was not entitled to exchange the product. I find this hard to accept as it is a retail transaction to return a product to the place of purchase and it exchange it for goods to the same value of $855.99. It should not make any difference whether I am the purchaser or recipient, JB Hifi is not out of pocket for the transaction as they will retain the product and the original payment. I asked that the matter be referred to a senior manager and be treated as a complaint , however I have not received any response from them, which I find disappointing and may breach my consumer rights. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving the matter please as I don't consider my request unreasonable. Both the invoice and delivery note show my details as being the recipient of the goods. I have also attached the email from the 3rd party confirming purchase and delivery etc of the goods via JB Hifi. The goods remain unopened.

Subject: Urgent: Unresolved Refund Issue for Undelivered Item I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding an outstanding issue with my recent order, which has yet to be resolved. On 12/12/2023 I placed an order with order number JB-16776048. Regrettably, despite the specified delivery date passing, the item has not been delivered to me. Courier service missed the delivery and did not address to redeliver it. I have patiently awaited its arrival for the past five weeks, only to be met with disappointment. Upon contacting JB Hi Fi customer service, I was informed that the item has not been returned by courier service, which is causing a delay in processing my refund. I understand that circumstances beyond control may contribute to delivery issues, but the prolonged duration and lack of resolution are concerning. I would like to emphasize the urgency of this matter. As a customer, I believe I am entitled to a timely resolution and a refund for the undelivered item. It is disheartening to experience such delays and to be left without a solution after a significant period. I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter and a prompt resolution. I expect transparency and communication regarding the steps being taken to address this issue. My experience with JB Hi-Fi has been marred by this incident. Customer feels ripped off after being charged more for an unavailable item and seeks compensation and an apology.
Yesterday we were at JB hi-fi duty free at Brisbane airport. The Phillips shaver on display wasn't available (3000X) so we had to choose the next model up (3000) for which we were charged just over $108AUD. We asked several times for a discount as the company should price match & the model requested was "out of stock"<br />No discount was offered & I see this morning we could purchase from a multitude of stores for under $100....& those are not even duty free shops.<br />Feeling ripped off & far from impressed.....think the least you could do is send us an in-store voucher or refund the difference that should have been charged!!!
