Customer complaint about mouldy cheese slices from bega, seeking apology and clarification on company's complaint procedure.
I bought a packet of Bega 15 cheese slices; Strong and Bitey
They were kept in my fridge from time of purchase and I had used some over the months
I went to get a slice out for a sandwich last week, only to see that the remaining slices were contaminated with mould
I checked the best before date::

I was affected by the inability to have a sandwich 🥪 at the time and unable to use the remaining slices

Monday November 27th 2023 I first purchased your 500g Bega Farmer's Tasty Cheese. When I opened cheese to make my friend a toastie to my horror there is a 50 cent piece size "blue green and smelly mould" growing over the cheese. I have taken photos of contaminated cheese and also the packaging. The used by date is 08/06/2024. I have kept item sealed in container inside my fridge if you require it for testing. I would appreciate your most urgent response n this matter as i am risking contamination.
