No watermelon pieces in smoothie, concerned for child's health, seeking apology and improved quality control for fruit ingredients.
Hi, I recently watermelon crush smoothie for my toddler at karrinyup shopping centre, I noticed no pieces of watermelon was added, just the juice. My toddler was drinking it, afterwards, a moment later I decided to try her and noticed that the watermelon was off. I pray she will not have any bad repercussions. I am truly disappointed that they are giving this type of service, especially to children. Quality of fruits should be guaranteed.The dino-cups are nice but the wellbeing of children is first. Hope this will not repeat to other customer. Compensation, I am don't really care,I hope my child don't get sick because of this. Iris

Plastic found in mango smoothie, seeking compensation and quality control on products to address health risk.
Hi there, I bought a mango smoothie from Boost Juice Parkmore today at 3:36 pm. When my mother drank it, she felt something stuck in her throat. She coughed up a piece of plastic wrap, and then another piece shortly after. Concerned, she poured the rest of the smoothie (about 80%) through a colander and found several more pieces of plastic, each about 2cm cm by 1.5cm and quite thick. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed. This is a health risk - choking hazard, cause of internal injuries, and or gastrointestinal issues from ingesting the plastic. I’d like a customer compensation, investigation and quality control on their products.

Customer purchased mango juices for children, both experienced vomiting and stomach pain the next day. seeking resolution from boost juice.
Bought 2× small mango juices on 9/05/2024 at marion store for my children who are 3 and 6. <br />The next morning the older one was in egony complaining about sore tummy. That day she ended up vomiting 5 times . The younger one had a huge vomit that day in the afternoon. What a coincidence!

Went to get a protein shake today at casuarina Darwin. And lined up for twenty minutes to be served. Ten minutes to get my drink. Terrible service. No original size cups. The drinks I received was watery and I requested my money back. The workers 2 females were slow and uninterested. The 2 men were good. I got my money back.

Customer suggests using silicon spatula to prevent wrist injuries from banging juice jugs at boost juice locations in adelaide.
Hi Boost team,<br />Love your work, more of a much needed practical suggestion which is in relation to risk management. I was at the Muno Para Store recently in SA and this I isn’t just a Muno Para thing seems to be a chain thing as I’ve been to several locations over Adelaide. <br />The young person working and they always bang on the juice jugs to get the content out sometimes going to town and injuring their wrists, I could see bruising . This would easily be rectified by using a silicon spatula, the spatula would allow for most of the content to come out and be quicker as this banging in the side can take some force and time and the noise, it’s just unnecessary and can lead to permanent soft tissue and bone damage possibly nerve as well, arthritis the list goes on. <br />Your welcome 😊
