Customer seeking refund for delayed shoe order, faced unresponsive customer service, now asked to pay return shipping costs.
I ordered shoes and there was significant delays in delivering, I contacted them multiple times and they provided no answers or assistance. They were school shoes for my daughter so I had to buy a pair at another shop. I wrote to them asking them to cancel the order and refund my money on 24 Feb. I called them and emailed them repeatedly asking them to cancel and provide a refund but they either did not answer or said it was being shipped - it was not shipped for a further week and now they are telling me if I want a refund I have to return them at my cost and also for how the original postage cost. I should not have to pay anything because they deliberately ignored my requests for a refund and cancellation
