No personalised contact or correspondence from bundi pet supplies after multiple attempts, concerns about not receiving order or refund.
I ordered online and paid $92.06 for an 8kg bag of Royal Canin Adult mini dry dog food back on the 30/10. Despite 3 x emails (receiving back a generic reply each time which had no outcome or solution attached) and 2 x phone calls to a call centre where a message was taken I have had absolutely no personalised contact or correspondence from Bundi Pet Supplies. Reading their company reviews online I hold grave fears that I won’t see the dog food or won’t be refunded the money paid. Very frustrating as I have ordered from this place before and didn’t have a problems which is frustrating and concerning that I won’t see this order arrive. Please help.

Customer seeks $92.64 refund and apology from bundi pet for non-delivery of product, lack of customer support, and financial impact.
On the 1/11/2023 we order and paid for online Nextguard Spectra 15.1 - 30 kg, a 6 month supply through Bundi Pet, we realised after a few weeks that our order had not arrived and we rang their customer support number, only to get an answering service, that tell you you will get a call back. Well that didn’t happen, so we called again, we received the same response…took our name, phone number again and our issue again. We made at least 3 to 4 of these over the course of a week and finally emailed them to ask for our predict to be delivered or a refund of $92.64, this received an automated response to say they would have one of their employees call us back within 24 hours…..as this did NOT happen! We emailed again imploring them as we are aged pensioners and this is a lot of money especially when we then had no choice after weeks of this but to pay again to buy from someone else, this really impacted us financially. We only ordered through BUNDI as we had ordered the same product 12 months previously without any issues and thought we could trust them. We feel totally ripped off and would wish we could get our money back.<br />This is our invoice no. 813279 for the order. Cost $92.64<br />From Rhonda
