Customer seeks refund from chatime for late order without lychee popping pearls causing them to be late.
I made a purchase on the chatime app recently that was estimated to be finished at 4:37, it was not completed until 4:50 and after all that, they did not include the lychee popping pearls in my order. This caused me to be late to get home and I would like a refund for the wrong order.

Customer experienced rude behavior from chatime staff member, felt intimidated and witnessed others cancel orders. seeking apology and resolution.
Hi there, today I was at hurstville Westfield Chatime purchasing a drink the first young girl serving was lovely then the other girl not of Asian descent came over out of random started being rude talking over the first girl I then said to the second girl I was talking with the first girl the second girl finally went and continued making drinks whilst she was giving me death stares I felt intimidated and so did other onlookers as they kept saying to me she is “scary eyes”, I also purchased a bag with my order the second girl slammed my drink down on the counter and I said why did you do that for and she yelled out “I’m too busy for you” “go away”, all the onlookers were disgusted cancelled their orders and walked away in disbelief people were shaking their heads that’s how horrible she was ! I’m mortified with how this staff member is and this is how she is constantly with everyone aswell. She is rude and disgusting and should not be working in customer retail service. Looking forward to getting a response back! Thankyou

I ordered a matcha latte today and it doesn’t taste like matcha at all - it tastes like sweet milk. Which is not what I wanted at all - I ordered the same drink from Gong cha a week ago and it was WAY better - it actually tasted like matcha. Is there any way I can replace my drink or get a credit for next time I go to cha time? Because this really shouldn’t be served to customers.

I specifically ordered half sugar but for some reason my drink tastes exactly like when it's the full sugar amount, it's way to sweet and now I have to add more milk into my drink to thin it out.

Ordered a bubble tea today. Service 👎🏻 but no complaints about the service, I ordered large guava fruit tea with green tea and poping boba said less ice the lady poured water 🤣 infront of me to top up I don’t know am I wrong or whatever but it tasted nothing just those boba had a taste apple and lychee I added that’s it.
