Customer upset with costco employees sablenka and janieda for rude service, lack of assistance, and hiding identity. threatened to take business elsewhere.
Costco Lantana Road Boynton Beach complaint 18 Feb 2024...been member over 20 years...came to store as usual to spend money and buy goods...had issue with 2 employees named Sablenka and Janieda...after waiting 45 minutes for service, they failed to assist and took off their name cards to hide identity. Took photo to identify them to file complaint and they reacted profusely. Forced me to delete photos. Asked for full names and they only gave first names. These employees are rude, abusive and have little regard for the customers who rely on prompt and friendly service @ Costco. I spend good money @ Costco and expect friendly and good service. I have money to spend but in future will go where my business is appreciated. These employees should be admonished for their poor attitude and inferior representation of the Costco name. Seeking referral bonuses from costco usa for members who referred business to sunrun promoted at costco.
Sunrun offers referral bonuses but has a policy that excludes Costco members who started their Sunrun policy through Costco however, they do not disclose that. In fact, sales reps at Costco promote the referral bonus program but when members follow up on the bonus, they are told they are ineligible even though they did in fact refer business to Sunrun. I would like Costco members to receive referral bonuses when in fact referring a company that was promoted at Costco or for Costco to stop featuring Sunrun.
