Customer and family received poor service at donut king, with employees being rude and unhelpful. management was informed, but employees were dismissive.
My senior mum and myself with 2 kids were waiting for customer service we just needed some water to buy. However we were told to wait while there were 2 workers .. One was icing a donut while the other just was in oblivious doing nothing. So from waiting a minute that turned into more than 10min we were very patient. My mum went closer to the younger girl who was not doing anything and was going to say don’t worry about customer service we will go somewhere else.but didn’t get a chance to say that as the girl who was icing piped up and was mouthing off. And then I said customer service comes first and I also work in the centre so I know what you should be doing first. However I noticed the younger girl putting her hands up to the girl who was icing and was pushing her back as to say she was going to confront myself and my elderly mother and that made us very angry then so we said we were going to report you both and they both said Go ahead!! We don’t care and starting laughing.. So we got on the phone to centre management and they were lovely and the girls heard us talking to centre management and they were laughing and said here is our names and they wrote their names down on paper and smirked the whole time . And then a lady turned up and she got served .. I don’t know guys but donut king mt Gravatt has shocking reviews and sounds about true. I’m shocked at how we were treated with undue respect and frankly these two should be fired..

Customer upset about lack of change and bread at store, wants issue fixed and an apology.
The Karingal store ( Victoria) has a notice stating customers need to have correct money ( the store doesn’t have change also the store regularly has no bread for toasted sandwich deals . Today I was asked would I mind waiting while they went and bought some ( l walked away and ate elsewhere

One of the worker at maitland store was serving me told me to fuck off when i did nothing wrong then i said pardon me ahe said it again

Customer complains about poor service and cleanliness at Donut King Forster, seeking an apology for their negative experiences.
Donut King Forster. They have been taken over by new owners and have gone downhill fast. First time I asked for an ice coffee, they said they have no icecream for six weeks. Then the second time I went after the six weeks, they said the same thing. Third time I went they were closed at 2.00pm. Today I went for some raisin toast and they said they couldn’t do that either. I have been going to Donut King for years at Erina, Woy Woy, Bateau Bay, Kotara, Glendale and Charlestown and they have all been wonderful. The one at Forster is the worst I have ever seen. They show no respect to their customers, it is filthy, dreadul service and a disgrace to your brand.
