Customer complains about ebay allowing scammers to sell knockoff products and refusing to assist with refunds. customer seeks suggestions and government intervention.
I bought a versa2 with a lengthy delivery time and of course it's a knockoff/fake
Ebay allows these people to sell on their platform and then refuses to deal with you when you complain or aske for refund because "the returns window has closed"
This amounts to facilitation or complicity in a crime
Where do I go
If I must I will report it through our ACCC and let the government deal with it but I was hoping someone at eBay might have the decency to assist in resolving this issue
It's not the first scam I've encountered and it must be stopped

Bought a 99.00 set of disney stitch blanket and two pillows..item was sent was a $30.00 blanket without the pillows and ebay did nothing to adjust this except demand I work with the seller or return the blanket.
