Customer complains about ebay allowing scammers to sell knockoff products and refusing to assist with refunds. customer seeks suggestions and government intervention.
I bought a versa2 with a lengthy delivery time and of course it's a knockoff/fake Ebay allows these people to sell on their platform and then refuses to deal with you when you complain or aske for refund because "the returns window has closed" This amounts to facilitation or complicity in a crime Where do I go If I must I will report it through our ACCC and let the government deal with it but I was hoping someone at eBay might have the decency to assist in resolving this issue It's not the first scam I've encountered and it must be stopped What are your suggestions? Ordered these parts which they listed as in there stock. Got this reply back. But unsure if these people are for real.
