Customer cheryl complained about employee david at eg north torquay refusing to scan cards due to covid fear, seeking apology and resolution.
EG North Torquay, very unpleasant man on register - name was David, who refused to scan my RACV and WW cards. All other employees there are lovely and scan them. I asked him why - he replied that he is scared of covid. I said that maybe he is in the wrong job then because I felt like he was treating me like a leper. I will not go back to get petrol there again, unless we can resolve this. Warm regards Cheryl

Customer experienced petrol spill, lack of assistance, and poor customer service at eg australia. seeking apology and resolution.
I purchased $37.49 petrol today at 1229pm from your station at 8 Galbraith Park Drive Cannonvale Qld 4802. I used pump 3 which spewed out petrol all over the side of my car, onto my shoes, jeans & lower blouse areas. I washed off car & your drive areas affected. Entering the store to pay, I advised 2 staff members who said, yes, we saw that happening. We were going to come out. I then had the eftpos machine pushed toward me for payment. They then carried on their conversations. I stood waiting for a receipt. A few minutes passed & I was asked by the man "serving" - want a receipt? Yes I replied. The man then took up his conversation with the other staff member again. I waited whilst he held the receipt at terminal. He obviously didn't want to break conversation by passing it to me. I waited, having little choice. Eventually I was given it with no thanks. I automatically replied thanks to which I wanted to kick myself for saying. I am so angry at the disgraceful way I was treated. Absolutely disgusting. Gale Winter
