Customer ordered earl gray milk tea with brown sugar pearls from gong cha, southbank. disappointed with lack of tea flavor and incorrect pearls.
Ordered earl gray milk tea with brown sugar pearls from gongcha , Southbank and it was very disappointing. There was no taste of tea- just tasted like milk.
Surely it was not brownsugar pearls - tasted like regular pearls.
Worst gongcha I have tasted.

I was buying honey lemon with pearls. I used the cup that I bought from your shop. I asked for the cup to be topped up with water. All your other staff in different suburbs have done for me happily before. Bruce from Sunnybank plaza today 2pm, rudely refused to do it for me while his other colleagues were happily assisting me.
