Customer seeking $150 refund for laptop ordered from harvey norman, not received after advertised 2-3 days, unable to contact.
I ordered a laptop that was advertised for $45 to receive in 2 or 3 days that was on 5th May ! $150 was taken out of my account tried to contact Harvey Norman who advertised them on such luck still haven’t received laptop or given refund

Customer is complaining about staff not answering the phone at moore park and auburn stores, resulting in wasted time and inability to purchase needed product.
I needed a product to fix a problem in my home and tried to speak to flooring at Moore park store but no one would answer the phone so after 2 hours of calling I gave up and I will take my business else where. I could have resolved my problem if they had answered as I would have had enough time to buy the product I needed but it got too late and now I will have to source help else where. I also rang the auburn store twice but it rang out so I gave up on that store too. I am really unhappy with the service. The port Macquarie store is so much better.

Harvey Norman Goulburn <br />POC Jason <br />return of faulty product<br />Today I went back in after receiving a phone call regarding the product, which was deemed broken. <br />When I went back I asked if I could get a credit so that I could purchase something within the store. <br />Jason seemed annoyed with me, shaking his head, bashing the keyboard in front of me. I ended up purchasing another product, paid extra on top of my original purchase. <br />I have been a regular customer of Harvey Norman for a long time and have always loved their Service.
