Hi, <br /><br />I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at the Look Smart store located at 18A High Street, Auckland. <br /><br /> On July 20th, I brought four items (a wool jacket, a sweater, a dress, and pants) to your store for dry cleaning. When I received them back, all items had a strong, unpleasant sweat odor. I returned them to the store, where the staff acknowledged the issue and attempted to mask the smell with a lavender spray. <br /><br />Unfortunately, this did not resolve the problem, and the odor persisted across all four pieces, which never had such an issue before. <br /><br /> The lady at the store provided me with the contact number of the store manager, Susan (+64 021 236 3246), who reluctantly agreed to refund my payment so I could have the items cleaned elsewhere.<br /><br /> However, she did not follow through with this. As Look Smart is a well-known chain in Auckland, I hope to resolve this issue and receive a refund for the inadequate service. I appreciate your assistance in this matter. Thank you.
