Customer seeks $117 refund from pet circle due to delayed order and lack of cancellation option, impacting pet's needs.
I made a purchase with pet circle on 13 May for $117. The est delivery date was between 15 - 17 May and I received an email stating my order was received. The next day I noticed the order was not yet confirmed. I contacted customer service and they noted that there had been a problem with my order. To fix this they needed to contact Operations to look into what happened. That would take 24 - 72 hours. I have had inconsistencies with Petcicle in the past where orders take weeks to magically show up, uninterested in reliving past experiences I asked the rep to cancel my order and issue me a refund. The order has not yet been confirmed. She told me she could not cancel it, and required her operations team look into it, which would take another 24 - 72 hours for them to "entertain the idea" of possibly giving me a refund. This is unacceptable. Further my dog requires the items ordered but I can't busy replacements until I am refunded my money. I want my $117 refunded to me, and proof the refund has been processed.
