Customer unhappy with quality of lamb/rosemary rolls from pie face, seeking money back guarantee and apology for over-microwaved, burnt taste.
Bought 2 lamb / rosemary s/ rolls both were no where near fresh, both were over Microwaved to the point were they had the taste burnt out of them , total waste of money offer a money back guarantee if not satisfied

Customer complained about dangerously hot pies at pie face, staff response was unsatisfactory. urgent need for health and safety education.
Stopped for lunch for a pie, they were so hot could have got third degree burns, I complained to staff who couldn’t care less. Something needs to be done on education for health and safety issues or someone will get seriously burnt

You have a kids deal on at wodonga a pie a drink and a donut for $7.50 I got charged nearly $14 I explained to the bloke working there it’s on the bill board inside you shop .. he explained it head office fault and there’s nothing he can do .. I want my money back for what I got charged as you have advised it for $7.50

On 25/5/24 about 1030 am went to pie face Elizabeth South ( on Philip highway) and bought two xl flat white and a bakery product - the coffees where to hot and walking to the car the lid came off one and I had to put it down it spilt on me the floor my glasses my bakery product - I went in side and asked for a new cup and lid - no apology
Not happy. My clothes are stained my new glasses are scratched and coffee half full.

Customer complained about a poorly made steak pie at pie face, rating it 1/10 and vowing to never return.
On Sunday I went into a store for the first time, the shop was neat and tidy, the attendant was professional and courteous. Outside it advertised the bakery items as fresh so I ordered steak pie. I Waa told it had to be heated up I accepted this. It took a minute only. I went to eat it and the filling was so hot it nearly burnt my lip BUT the pasty was doughty, chewy and totally dreadful. My rating for your pies is 1/10 and I will never shop at preface again.
