Customer experienced issues with online order, store claimed pickup instead of delivery, manager was rude and unhelpful, resulting in customer cancelling order.
Tried to order a Pizza through the Pc went as far as the Payment screen then locked up. Then tried the iPhone App like many times before and we always have it delivered. was tracking then all of a sudden it stops tracking. I try ringing the store and it says it's been picked up and tries to connect to store and goes dead. I get the option to speak to customer service and am on hold for 20 min with no luck. I call store again with same scenario it's been picked up except this time i get the store. They tell me I organised to pick up I explain that can't be right as we always have delivery. The manager comes on and says he can organise delivery in 15-20 min as I got to give him my credit card detail, I ask how fresh the Pizza is now since I have spent over 20 min on hold so far. I feel he got very aggressive and said I ordered wrong it's my problem and no matter what I was trying to say he was yelling over me, so I told him I don't want a product that is no longer fresh and to throw it in the bin and I will order elsewhere. He kept screaming so I hung up. I received no notifications and found he very rude as I had explained we are currently in Covid Isolation so why would I organise a pickup which my history clearly would show different. Very disappointed in this store.
