Hi I purchased a changeover engine for my car and it was fitted by one of your licensed repco certified technicians:mechanics. Being a long term v8 super car enthusiast I naturally chose repco mechanics to fit my engine.However the mechanic failed to follow the strict guidelines sent along with the engine and its new fitting process. Engine cost was $10988 and refit was $8140 from mechanic. So I am now the proud owner of a $20000 garden ornament thanks to repco Australia. Please help the company is <br />Vehicle tech Lilydale Victoria. I use your Watergardens store in Taylors Lakes and have been for many years. I went online to search for an NGK spark plug and was mortified when seeing the price. The item part number was an NGK BPZ8HS-10. Your price was $46.00/EA (ridiculous)<br />I searched online and found another seller that gave me a <br />price of $17.21 delivery inc.<br />Why is your item nearly 3 times the price ?<br />I asked the question to one of the sales staff in your store to check if the price was correct, and they said "yes that price of $46 is correct)<br />Can you please get back to tell me why your price is nearly 3 time the price.<br />Many Thanks<br />Alby

Hi, I have been shopping at Repco for a while. I get a discount via RACV.<br /><br />RACV advised me of my discounts as a member.<br /><br />2 weeks ago I bought over $160 worth of oil at Oakleigh Repco.<br /><br />Today I sent only $16.40 at Repco Clayton.<br /><br />My issue is that today I was asked to join as a rewards member.<br /><br />The mature staff never signed me up and explained the features and benefits.<br /><br />My COMPLAINT is that I was never asked previously to sign up ever.<br /><br />I lost points on all my buys and that's unfair.<br /><br />I have all my receipts and want my points added to my membership.<br /><br />I am upset that some of your staff don't sign up those who buy from Repco.
