Customer found open weetbix box affecting taste and freshness. requesting reimbursement for 1.2 value pack from sanitarium.
Hi Sanitarium, my name is Keith and when I purchased my weekly box of weetbix back on the 20th December, 2023, I found the weetbix in the box with just the wrapper sitting on top. I didn't return them simply because I was flat out at work as the next day I was going on holidays. They weren't as fresh as normal however I placed them in an airtight container and continued to eat them for breakfast as I didn't have time to go out and buy another packet plus I hate to waste. I feel that because the product wasn't sealed as it usually is, it affected the taste and crispiness of the weetbix. I feel that I should atleast be reimbursed for the 1.2 Value Pack which contains the 72 pieces of weetbix. Should you require pics of the box and product, please call me on 0432 416661
