Customer did not receive loaded chips with order, seeking coupon for next purchase of loaded chicken gravy chips from schnitz.
I purchased a beef schnitzel and chips, and a loaded chicken and gravy chips. When I got home I opened the bag and found I had no received my loaded chips. Instead, I have been given a small chips instead. My wife was not happy as this was her item. Order number was TA732, and I would like a coupon for the next time I buy from schnitz to get a loaded chicken gravy chips.

Customer seeks refund and apology from schnitz for poor service, long wait times, and low-quality food.
We booked a table at Schnitz and this seemed to be a pointless venture as we still had to wait in line to be seated and were told to sit anywhere. After this I ordered and paid for our food, a waitress came over and told us that we hadn't paid. I showed her my bank statement confirming that we had in fact paid, she spoke to her manager, came back and said we still hadn't paid because their eftpos machines were dodgy. she said she would still put it through this one time (as she should considering we PAID). We then waited an hour for our food. In this time we watched the restaurant clear out, people come in after us and recieve their food before us. The food came out luke warm and of a low quality. The cups we recieved for water were dirty and service was extremely poor. We were embarrassed by the staff even though we paid, the food was not worth the money we spent, the experience and treamtment was extrememly poor, and I would like a refund.

My order was missing half the ingredients. I ordered The Swiss in a GF wrap and it was missing the Swiss cheese, the avocado, and semi-dried tomatoes. Essentially it only had the veg schnitzel, the spinach and mayo. I didn’t remove any ingredients. I was really dissatisfied with it and would like a refund or some reimbursement.

Customer complained about poor service at Cranbourne Schnitz, unable to order a vegan wrap close to closing time, seeking an apology.
I went to Cranebourne park shopping centre schnitz at 8:18 pm and the closing time is 8:30 pm. I ask of spice of life wrap as vegan and the staff was told us it’s closing Time we already wrap all the stuff only chicken available and staff well known about this thing we ask for vegan wrap and they didn’t took my order. After I went to Marriott water Schmitz to order again and they guys help me with the order.<br />But the Cranbourne park shopping centre staff is not good 👎. If they don’t want to take the vegan order they need to put on the reception.
