Starbucks owes $600 for first aid supplies, no response to invoices, poor communication, considering boycotting.
I've been supplying Starbucks with first aid kits and supplies for a few years now, recently, well from October last year, for some reason they simply don't pay their bills. We have 4 invoices outstanding, totaling just under $600, which is not going to make anybody rich or send anybody broke, and in spite of numerous emails to the address shown on the order, we have yet to receive a single response. We got "excited' recently when a new order came in, which we declined to fill, for obvious reasons, and the person requesting goods said she'd follow it up. still nothing. For a company worth $billions, you'd expect some response, ideally a payment. so, would I do business with Starbucks? certainly not. Best I can do is boycott their coffee!

Customer accidentally ordered two coffees, only wanted one. staff and manager were unhelpful, blamed printer issue. no refund provided, poor service.
Ordered coffee through the app, accidentally pressed twice and picked it up from store, the staff asked me if I just ordered one but she got two coffees on her hands with my name on it , I said yes I only ordered one, so I said her has charged me one or two coffee , she says only charge u once , she said it’s the printer problem , so got the double order, then I walked out the door and started to drive , then I received the email for my two coffee charged . So I called the hotline and tried to provide my order number but the staff stoped me and asked for what happened, then the solution will be asking me go back to the store and asked for refund , so I went back to the store and the manager told me she’s not able to do the refund as the order was through the app , she gave me the card said just called the hotline again . Then I suggested how about I just get the second coffee as I paid for two , to save time I need to call again and says the whole story again . The manager refuses to offer me this options , she said she only can give the coffee to me if the quality of the coffee gone something wrong . Then I asked her why the staff didn’t check the order number and system when she got two coffee on hand with two different numbers , manager said the printer always have problems of printing double stickers , she didn’t apologies at all , so the problems will be on me ? She only passed me the card and said call the hotline staff again . Very terrible experience and staff was careless and didn’t check the system to see if the two orders are different numbers , I literally asked maybe I pressed two times , she said it’s the printer problems , I only being charged once. The manager is very rude , I was left without solutions being provided except a card that asked me to call again . I am very disappointed with the Starbucks service in Starbucks Robina Drive through .

The employer at starbucks is very rude and toxic at work. I dont want to say anymore cause all the rudeness and toxicity is very bad at work cause of the assistant store manager its affecting my work as its very pressuring to work under such incompetent manager who only wants to run the employees like they are a machine too much partiality as well remove the manager from the store is my solution i speaking on behalf of many others
