Customer received order with wrong name and address, target only corrected address, not name and phone number. seeking resolution.
I am a regular online shopper online with Target. Yesterday I placed an order and paid for it with PayPal and the order had wrong name and address on it I rang straight away to rectify it and they rectified the address but not my name and phone number so I have just phoned again and was told that there was nothing to be done that the name and phone number that is on the order is permanent and then the lady ended the call so how do I get my name back on my account. Wendy.
