I'm a dedicated daily coffee customer living in Caboolture <br />I usually go to the morayfield shop in plaza in which service is great and the coffee as well <br /><br /><br />My complaint is re the drive through Zarrafas <br />Workers there are rude, impatent <br />and ALWAYS stuff up my order and charge extra for doing so!!<br />Today I went to drive through , my order was wrong and I was charged too much again <br />This has happened numerous times which I've had to get out of car to take coffee back in and I'm<br />Disabled <br />This again has left me angry and enoyed to the point I will not be going back there again , ever !<br /><br />I feel yr staff need retraining and to learn some basic manners like sorry and thankyou <br />Not happy at all with their lousy service and incompetent Workers

Customer seeking refund or voucher from zarraffa's coffee due to consistently poor quality of ham and cheese croissants at new branch.
I have been a customer of Zarraffas for over 11 years.<br />I used to use my local branch at Runaway Bay and they were fantastic in food and coffee<br />I have recently moved to oxenford and use this branch.<br /><br />On the last 3 visits to the drive through, one of them this morning, I have had a Ham and cheese croissant. This was either burnt cold, or hardly any cheese or ham inside and I was unable to eat it. Definitely not worth the money. <br />I would like a refund or voucher as I have wasted money on food I cannot eat
