Got in contact with ajust thought 10 dollar fee thought was a scam but I did it next thing bunnings got in contact with me and said bring receipt and product back and we will.either exchange or refund was so happy cause I'm a disability worker helping out a mum that I support her daughter so thank you ajust

This service was amazing. I had made 4 phone calls, and spent hours on hold trying to speak to someone in Sumo who could arrange me a refund after closing my account that was in credit. I could find no way to email or escalate to Sumo to complain (only contact info anyway on their website was via phone - where I was constantly on hold - and which as only open during office hours) - I then came across Ajust after googling getting help to complain. It took me 3 mins to fill in the form and pay what I saw as a small amount to get them to follow up a quite simple issue (and get over $800 owed to me back!). That same day Ajust told me they had made contact with Sumo (better than I had managed!) and that they had committed to respond to me and arrange refund. Sure enough I got an actual email from Sumo within a few days apologising I couldn't get in touch with them and asking me some information to process the refund. The refund came through as committed a few days later. Best $10 I have spent - it meant I could work/earn money rather that get frustrated being on hold again! Thank you! I will definitely be using again rather than going mad being run around by rubbish companies. Couldn't recommend more highly.
